"Since both of my kids and my husband have already gotten the flu shot, there's really no reason for me to bother to get it. I mean, what are the odds that I'm going to get the flu anyway?"

I made the same decision this year and luckily it worked for me. I hope that you are feeling better soon! Get a flu shot next year, I know I am.
Poor poor you. We don't get flu shots because of preservative issues, so we're a ready target for disease of all sorts . . . whole lotta coughin' going on.
Be better. Pull the covers up to your nose, drink hot tea sumptuous with milk and honey, and watch chick movies in between naps. Love you.

OH, I am feeling your pain...... I've had this cold for the better part of THREE weeks now, and I swear I now have walking pneumonia. I sound like a barking seal when I cough.....
But, enough about me....
